The Official 2025 New York Giants Thread

This isn't good enough, Shane Bowen should be fired immediately. Russ played well but made critical errors when all Giants needed was a fg twice, I'm not giving Russ any credit because he choked. Nabors is already planning to leave the Giants he will end up in Washington.

The Giants have 70 wins and 127 losses over the last 13 seasons, they're just a terrible organization.

Wilson had terrible interception in OT. Was that miscommunication or what? Hats off to Aubrey from Dallas with 64 yarder to tie and 46 yarder for the win.
It looked like the receiver didn't break until after the ball was released. QB threw it inside and receiver broke outside.

I guess I'm a bit more the "glass half full" side. The Giants were never going to make a deep playoff run, so I'm just looking for signs of progress. The OL is still not at its peak form, but they did a decent job of protecting the QB. The receivers looked outstanding. I'm a bit concerned that the defense couldn't put more pressure on Prescott, but losing on the road to a game-tying 64-yd FG is one I can live with.

It wasn't just the tying fg though. Giants had the ball twice in OT, Gano can make it from 60 plus yards too and never got that opportunity. This is year 4 with Daboll. He ran off Wink to hire a lame duck D coordinator.

Daniel Jones is 2-0 and Giants are 0-2 just stating facts here.

Yeah I think dinking Wink stinks

If Calhoun was coaching the Giants, James Hudson would have sat until halftime after his second penalty. No way he gets four on one drive.

I was screaming at the tv to get Hudson off the field and then he backs us up 15 yds from the 2 after Robinson's catch and we settle for a FG. 7 points instead of 3 could have made the difference and to me that is on the coaching staff and Hudson. Wilson gets the ball down by 4 with 56sec left and gets a TD in 30 sec. Lets give some credit there. The defense couldn't last 25 sec to win the game. That isn't Wilson's fault. A special shout out to Nabors on his final td catch. I thought it was pass interference to cover the receiver's eyes with your hands? He still caught the ball. Shouldn't that have been flagged?

It was even more dramatic in slo mo but still it wasn't flagged. Nabors is going to be a great one if he stays healthy. Wilson can still throw the long ball something we didn't have during the Daniel Jones era when all passes were short dumps and receivers were on their own to pick up after catch yds

Is it good to have a game every season with an injured kicker? Amazing how this only happens to the Giants
Gano is good but injured so much. Just cut ties and get Yunghoe or something, this is definitely gonna have a big impact on a game we really can’t afford to lose.

Only the Giants can have a kicker hurt in warmups lol. Understand trying to use the run game due Spags attention to Nabors but you have to attempt to throw past the sticks especially on 3rd down just spineless play calling.

The Giants are just gutless. Everyone knows Russ is cooked, play Dart.

Russ blows, refs missed a blatant false start, and Abdul carter gets stiff armed by Mahomes on an easy sack while Dru stupidly doesn’t get his head around. Poetic from this joke of a franchise

This game is basically Mahomes just running around making people look stupid, Russ throwing moonballs to nobody with a dash of Skattebo doing fun stuff. Both these teams stink.

Okereke not falling on the ball too, defense has done ok but the Chiefs offense kind of sucks. The offense has zero imagination it's run it or play hero ball with Nabors. Of the course the offensive philosophy is different without a damn kicker once your in FG range because it's TD or nothing instead of FG as a a back pocket option.

Russ staring down Nabors and an awful throw.
Meanwhile Daniel Jones is setting records through his first three games and the Colts look like the best team in the NFL after Philly.

The rest I agree with but Okereke was fine. That was my initial takeaway but he had the ball and was running so hard to blame him there, was just a nice play by Mahomes

Well Buffalo but ya shows you what being around better coaching can do for a player. Look at Ben Johnson with the Bears in his first year they destroy the Cowboys after getting destroyed by the Lions last week.

He has to fall on that and not pick it up.

The love for Dru Phillips on Giants twitter is funny. Guy tries gard but is atrocious in coverage. Gets beat on every play

No, he doesn't. If Mahomes doesn't come out of nowhere he's walking into the end zone
Well coached teams fall on it, you’re always told to fall on the ball.
