What would be a terrific basketball game is the Pitt team when they were on there 7 game slide against this current Uconn team. I'm not sure the final score would be any higher than a Pitt/Uconn baseball game.

poor execution and a lack of confidence is a bad combo... we had quite a few open looks and the shots were hideously off. plus, in the big scheme of things really only Lamb is a true shooter. He was an anomaly tonight. Everyone else is streaky and when they are all off, well, not good.

Another problem is this team just doesnt get to the line. I am willing to bet that last year the team probably averages 15-20 ft per game and made 11-15 per game. This team is taking maybe 7-12 per game and making 5-8. AD is a major problem from the line and he is the guy that is most likely to get fouled alot and is a 30% ft shooter. SN doesnt drive to the basket, JL when he does is clumsy with the ball and is more likely to turn it over and RB is just out of control when he drives like most freshman he has not learn control.

At this rate that 0-7 Pitt, might end up having a better record then us in 2 weeks or so...

Team needs a STAT Sports Psychology defibrillator...team wide funk. No one looked like good tonight, although I do commend DD on making some positive plays.
