He's been doing good work for 10+ years. He deserves it. I know he was working with Sean Backman (Yale, Sound Tigers) even while he was in HS, which likely meant he was working with Jonathan Quick, Atkinson, and Matt Moulsen for that long too.

It makes me smile to see the work they're putting in to be successful.
