Actually, upon further review, the 3rd referee did not return to the court after the 2nd quarter media timeout. Meghan and Allen didn't mention it until sometime in the 2nd half. Edit: Meghan first mentioned the missing 3rd referee at the 2:25 mark of the 4th quarter.
