Yes and Lorenzo Romar was an asst coach for that UCLA team. Its funny how things tie together like that.

I was there at the Oakland Colosseum in '95. It was a heart-breaker! Edney hit a three at the buzzer from about 30 feet out to end the first half. They ended up winning 102-96! One thing that UConn team never gave up. They left everything on the floor. I was also there two nights earlier when UConn took apart Joe Smith and MD.
