UConn: 14-21 from FT line
Nd 89 shots / Uc 71 shots
Uc 35 turnovers
Diggins 31 shots / mcbride 28 shots / kml 16 shots

Both Diggins and McBride were amazing at driving the lane and getting off impossible shots that somehow went in. I'm still shaking my head.

If our guards are demonstrably vulnerable offensively, it made it too easy for ND to hound KML.

The 35 turnovers is the biggest stat. Without that, we aren't talking about the rest.

Diggins and McBride combined for 22 makes and 37 missed shots. But missed shots are better than turnovers because ND was able to convert offensive rebounds in to 21 second half points (to UConn's 9).

Kaleena needed to get more shots but UConn struggled so much handling the ball that they weren't able to get her the ball and she's not the type of player who can just get the ball up top and drive and create her own shot. I wish to God she were.

ND made 1 freakin' 3 pointer the entire game. 1 for 12 on 3-pointers.

Another:
UConn has led in the final minute of the last 3 nd losses.
