Over the the last 36 hours (and I assume for the rest of the weekend we have been treated to a number of nice blogs on future recruits and currently committed players. As I was reading the stories I started to think about how lucky we are to have the horde and wondering if any other state let alone a single program has two let alone three reporters assigned to the USA trials. (I am assuming they are all out there, but even if they aren't, they are at least making the effort to contact the players.)
It really is an advantage to Uconn in terms of recruiting that these kids and especially their families see how much press even prospects get when they are connected to the Uconn program.

I'm not sure if Rich Elliott is actually in Colorado. Jim Fuller and Carl Adamec definitely are. I do agree that its great that SNY and New Haven Register did send them out to write stories about the trials and UConn recruits. This years recruiting class is going to be a special one.
