Anyone watched/watching this? We just started, 2 episodes in and so far it's pretty good. Maggie Gyllenhaal (she won the Golden Globe for this role) is the lead, and some other familiar British faces. Similar to The Night Manager it is a one and done min-series. Was on BBC years ago, I'm watching it on Amazon Prime.

Essentially it is the daughter of an assassinated Brit/Israeli who takes over the family empire/business as an adult and is trying to forge better relationships Israeli/Palestinian relationships in the West Bank by bringing fiber optics and true internet/education to the PA. Using the rationale that education is the key to bringing peace in any land (cue the Quinn from Homeland clip from last season where he says the same thing to the Heads of CIA and Secy of State). Pretty much everyone else doesn't want this stability (MI6, CIA, The PA, many Israeli's... so kind of true in a real world sense... but we can save that for the Cess Pool), and it leads to all the going-ons that happen as a result. Espionage/Spy genre. It is an intentionally slow pace, but it works (for me at least). We are only 2 episodes in, but like it so far. Also, similar to The Night Manager, you need to suspend belief on a few things that happen, and just enjoy the story.
