Asking only about assistant coaches really limits the value of this. Why any head coach would not do the "closing" them self is difficult to understand. It's not like recruiting is some unimportant function.

Chris Dailey is the recruiting coordinator for UConn. It's an official role she has.

The head coach always closes at the most successful schools. Why would a recruit and her parents make their final decision without meeting with the head coach. At UConn Chris Dailey is the recruiting coordinator. She is one of the best recruiters in the country but Geno always close the deal because he is the head coach. Not a useful poll!!

Presumably, JH, the extensive article that listed Chris Daily as the #4 recruiter among all college sports took the time to analyze who was doing closing under their definition. Just become the head may make the final handshake doesn't mean they closed the deal.
