Well, it is just an average Big 12 team vs. an average ACC team....(I am a bit surprised by the available seats as well.)

There are more tickets available than normal to the public. WVU opened up several of the student sections to the public since the students for the most part are away from campus. These sold very quickly. I believe Pitt recently returned a lot of tickets. With tickets at Heinz going for 99 cents on Stubhub, you can't expect Pitt fans to travel to a road game.
