Enjoy

When I was in hs, Norwich Free Academy hoops (in my school’s league) had a player who kept passing to opponents. They discovered he was color blind, so they used red and white striped uniforms. They became nicknamed the candy canes.
CDC. I think Fitch had a similar issue in the early 70s

Fitch was wearing pinstripes in '73 when their Gerald Henderson led team played Tony Hanson and Holy Cross in the State tourney.
Henderson was a big physical guard. I remember hearing John Thompson came in looking at him but grades were an issue? Went to Canterbury for prep then South Carolina State. That was a good team.

Still Fitch's best, I think, I was a sophomore... That tourney was brutal. Got through Holy Cross and to play Hartford Public with a kid named Tolliver...

Spahn and Sain and pray for rain. Even though NY Giants fan I loved the Braves uniforms.
