The score goes with the first title. We never really use 82-73, 53-41 or 60-54. So Nova's numbers are 66-64 all to themselves.

Not fair -- that was a great game. You can argue 99 was better because of how those two teams were 1 and 2 the whole year, but this was a great game and easily one of the best championships ever

I never thought Villanova was going to hit that last shot, especially after Paige hit his miraculous one. I had that stupid North Carolina stream on tnt. I muted it on the last possession and that seemed to do the trick. Lol!

Jay coached well. Nova played perfectly for long stretches. I thought UNC unraveled in an unprofessional way. But they did score 10 straight to get back in.

Ah, rubbish! Life's not fair, never was supposed to be nor never will and no one suggested it wasn't a good game. It just wasn't in the same solar system as the authentic, March 29, 1999, 77-74 played by two higher ranked teams - albeit puke psukks almost as unc's academic integrity. That said, good for a respectable nova team and coach.
