Old time historians and undocumented rumors have it a fact there was a underground group called POT.
Protectors Of Turkeys that began operating right after WW2. It goes on to say they commissioned Louis Jordan to write their anthem. This along with a magical elixir draw farmers attention away from turkeys. Had to be a solid movement as the anthem has been carried on by many a band since.
