Big Game for Texas. They can't afford to lose this game as they've worked themselves into getting a Tournament Bid.

I see from the crowd shots they opened up the upper bowl in Norman. Completely unnecessary, since the lower bowl looks at most a quarter full.
 
Damn, Higgs looks like she tweaked her knee. Removed the knee brace herself and walked gingerly back to the bench.

Oklahoma playing again without Llanusa, who has an injured back.

Texas is very committed to face guarding Robertson at all times. She's 1 of 2 so far.
 
About half as many turnovers as points.
 
Longhorns 14 points up at the midway point.
 
Good news is Higgs returned to the game shortly afterward, so apparently no big deal.

Neither team looks good, it's just that Texas has looked a little less bad.

Robertson has gotten only 2 shots off. Texas is doing a good job forcing someone else to beat them.
 
Sherri Coale gained some good will earlier in the season, but she's squandering all of that. Sooners would fall to 10-10 w/ a loss tonight, 3-5 in conference.
 
OU is planning on going late into the 4th quarter with a 10+ point deficit only to rain 3's

The injury to Llanusa is something they couldn't afford. This would be their 4th loss in a row.
 
I heard there are a couple of players that want to transfer when the season finishes for OU. I don't know how Sherri would survive if they had more attrition.

I either hadn't heard she's out or forgot I heard it. Yeah, that's a big loss for them.
 
I heard Robertson was one of the players. They really can't afford to lose her type of offensive production.

is a stupid rumor started by the Baylor fans on there message board.
 
I can't imagine Coale keeps her job at the end of this season. Her team was down by 28 until they had a little flurry to lose by a respectable 17. I know they've had some rough transfers (like most programs) but they're 10-10 and need a miracle to make the tournament this year.
