Tuck will be the warrior starting the second half.
Collier showed up big so far. Love it!

I hate to say it, but if you told me UConn would shoot 61% in the first half, including 7 of 12 3-pointers, I'd have expected the Huskies to have blown the game away completely by now. A few too many open looks for Texas (although I think this got better toward the end of the half), and UConn committed a few too many fouls. It'll be interesting to see whom Moriah comes out of halftime guarding and how much Geno goes back to that zone in the second half.

Sorry, I tell it like it is.
Classic, knee-jerk, stereotype response of a sour puss poster - "I'm jes' tellin' it like it is! You guys have rose-colored glasses!"

Well, sometimes that's true - but, this is a pretty knowledgeable bunch of posters, and, sometimes, the guy crying "boo-hoo" just gets off crying "boo-hoo".

That's up for debate.

Longhorns kind of hang'in around. We've seen that script this past weekend, don't like the ending.

Perimeter D is streaky. Sometimes great, other times non-existent. Still, Huskies are doing OK versus a Texas team that came to play. Guessing we will see more of Gabby in the 4th quarter for a shot of energy.

Two awesome assists by Tuck on those last two baskets.

A few very uncharacteristic breakdowns in transition defense tonight. First time I think I've seen that since the Maryland game.

Man, technology sometimes. I use Sling TV, and for some reason it was playing a couple minutes delayed. Then it suddenly reset, and poof: I missed the last 3 minutes of the 3rd quarter.

I would say our freshmen are moving quickly towards two special players, folks.

Texas definitely saw something on tape about our transition defense that they thought they could exploit because they have had 3 or 4 run outs.

Yeah a couple of times got beat to the other end by Texas.
