Is there anywhere we can see the press conference?

.-.
Holmes 3-10 with 6 TOs.

Geno usually hides freshmen who aren't ready in big games. Aston let Holmes really hurt her team in two straight big matchups.

.-.
Who the heck is Natalie Collier? I assume that jerk who said that meant Napheesa. But you know what happens when you assume.
Is she a hybrid between Natalie Butler and Napheesa Collier? ;)

Okay. The question right now is not whether Collier is an AA. The real question is whether she's the best forward in the country. She is certainly the most versatile in the country.

She is a stud. Moves beautifully with hard cuts and energy. More confidence on the 3 pt. Strong defense (even if Geno says no)
with great energy. As the half time announcer said in the studio, her demeanor is great (best he saw coming out of high school). She is special. Pushed us in the first half before KLM and Kia got going.

As a very good team capable of beating anyone on a given night.
I suppose in the most purely theoretical sense that may be true. Reality has proven a different outcome. They round up tall timber and make a great noise in their neck of the woods but haven't really shocked anyone in recent memory, have they?

Oops. KLS (not KLM):oops::oops:. Names are too close.

And she just kept doing it, over and over.

KLS taking over was a strong indication of the brilliance and flexibility of our coaching staff. She was having trouble with the ball pressure in open court so they had her do 1-2 dribble quick curl moves around a tight screen so they could not swipe the ball. This allowed her to get a great rhythm and her natural shooting and athleticism took over. Wont see that kind of coaching too often (Tennessee :p:p:p)

Well I went to the DePaul game UCONN awesome! On Friday I was admitted into L&M hospital I had had a heart attack the night before and didn't know it! I just watched the game from my hospital bed! Great effort not pretty! Oops dinner is here! Go Huskies!

Our fondest wishes for the speediest and most complete recovery, and maybe you shouldn't watch the Notre Dame game? :-)
Seriously, get better real, real soon!

Get well soon, and stay healthy!

With 2-3 minutes left in the 3rd quarter, we led by 51-49 and Texas had the ball with an opportunity to tie or take the lead. But we buckled down and closed out the last 12 minutes on a 21-5 run. Nicely done!
