FYI good chance the game starts on espn3

The Stanford-Indiana soccer game with a good chance to go to OT and PKs

Right now at the beginning of the game Texas refuses to dribble into the paint or box out.

Okay, just returned home from an unplanned family thing.

While there were 100 votes for Texas to win, only 21 offered a MOV and
while there were 21 votes for Tennessee to win, only 3 offered a MOV.

The consensus MOV for a Texas win is 14.
The consensus MOV for a Tennessee win is 4.

Let's watch the orange bowl!

This game is close, not because the teams are so good, but because they are so bad.

Only 21 brilliant people on the Boneyard? What did I say? Oh yeah! Tenn 81-74 and the score was Tenn 82-75. ;)

.-.
I picked Texas to win so misery loves company. That was one of the most painful games I've watched in some time!

Disgusting game; disgusting ending.
Also, disgusting commentary - particularly Andy Landers. I turned it off when he said the the reason for poor play was that the players were distracted by Santa Claus.

I like Texas, but I hope they drop in the polls by 5-10 slots (the former possible, the latter not likely but deserved). They didn't play like they wanted to win, nor like they're a good team. I was looking forward to this game, but was severely disappointed.

Not by Santa Claus, according to Dawn, it was the God.

Okay, I'm going out on the limb and taking Tennessee in the upset over Texas by 5.

That's a very strong limb. Good call Java. Most of us were wrong along with Massey. I was impressed with TN. They didn't wilt under the bright lights or down the stretch.

They also exposed some of the Longhorn's weaknesses.

And their own weaknesses.

I'm predicting that Texas drops from #2 to #8. If it were up to me, I would put them at about #16 right now.

I'm also predicting that Tennessee rises from #11 to #6. If it were up to me, I would drop them to #13. That's called the "slop penalty."

I've never seen a game where a team (Texas) throws multiple passes to the back of their teammates heads! Texas just wasn't engaged in this game at all. We're definitely spoiled with the quality of Geno's teams over the years.

My pick of Tennessee by 5 would have been correct if Texas hadn't chosen to foul with 2 seconds on the clock.

Why?
