For the same reason UConn essentially played 6 players in last years game with MSU. You play your best 5 or 6 when you're in a dogfight. Vic is never going to relax against Blair.

I just wonder why A&M doesn't get their center involved on offense, down low. McCowan allegedly is prone to fouling.
