where is the stadium? maybe a half hour from campus? i think they should get rid of all the nice brick outside so it looks more like a erector set. maybe build a mall and a buffalo wild wings around it and get rid of those red themed side walks. any color is fine, red is not important to atm. also lets get rid of that upeer deck all around sot the stadium size is about half of what they want. now thats big time!

We're going to have to eventually improve the exterior of the Rent. Hope I get to see that day.

You can't join that church until you understand the religion.

You might want to preach to state legislators and the school's administration. Kyle Field is ridiculously historic. History is one disadvantage we will have for a while with our stadium.

I remember O'Neil Wilson's historic first touchdown in the House that Caulley built.

I would say Orlovsky "built it". He would be great to have back as a coach.

Big time college football is a different planet. I know some A&M people and they really support their school and each other.

A&M endowment over $5 Billion with another $1.7 Billion in a private A&M foundation.

A&M is a Flagship state university, a land grant university, a Sea Grant university, and a Space grant university.

This is what we need on campus! It will really get the fan base passionate about UConn football!

Did Bear Bryant coach there? The Junction boys?

What we need is the $5 BILLION endowment.

Exactly my point. Cash is king and FY money allows you to do $450 million renovations like A&M. To them, it's a big church where they worship on Saturdays, so the money is well spent. Can't pull that off in the northeast.

Yale Bowl set the standard. You never know what the future holds.

It is all about the dollars and cents in college football as we know. A hired consulting firm stated that $120M of spending in College Station was directly linked to the home football games in 2011 which I imagine was even more in 2012 after the season they just had.

You put those types of numbers in front of politicians, school administrators, etc and they will respond "how high" when you ask them to jump.
