Let's just say, sometimes you know you're wrong based on the people who agree with you. Case in point.

But hey, using large font with multiple exclamation points is fun!
This is awesome. The only thing better than the win is watching how much it is killing Plebe. Thanks.

Ha it's just banter. Believe it or not, I am a Vic fan. He has done great things and is only getting started.

Vic has lost confidence in Bibby during key game moments and AEH has been in Vic's doghouse all season long.

The broken jump shots of Bibby and AEH is hard to explain. Before Bibby got hurt last year she was deadly from behind the arc and AEH knocked down a lot of threes for the dawgs last season. I thought they would form the splash sisters this season but boy was I wrong. Now that Xaria has proven she can knock down some threes there is absolutely no reason why Bibby should be starting ahead of her anymore because she's a much better ball handler and defensive player than Bibby is. Maybe Bibby should have redshirted this season to make sure she was fully healthy....oh well, that ship has sailed.

On another board, someone made the observation that last year, teams were double and triple teaming McCowan, so Bibby and AEH were often wide open. It makes sense.

it is a shame that the Texas A&M season was derailed by that injury.

I know they weren't playing Exactly stellar early with her, on but that's a very talented squad.

They could be very dangerous next year if Carter returns, especially if Notre Dame transfer Jordan Nixon can provide an impact. N'Dea Jones is really impressive. She has developed nicely.

Jones has been the one big bright spot for A&M in the time since Carter went down. Very impressive.

Kayla Wells has overall been a major letdown this season. I thought she was robbed last year being left off the all-SEC team, but this year she's regressed.

Although C Carter is an incredible player she tends to take up all the oxygen in the room. The rest of the team ends up standing around watching her dribble and jacking up an off balance shot. If she concentrated on making her teammates better Texas A&M could really be special.

It is interesting to me that some fans are quick to write off certain players after a few games or even a stretch of games where they are not as effective.
Bibby and AEH have both fallen into that category. I think there may be some truth to Bibby not being back or at least close to what she was pre-injury. AEG just seems to have lost confidence.
However, both are still good players and I have feeling that both of them will help us win a game or two down the line.
Taylor was spectacular yesterday and to think she is still just a sophomore. That was exciting.

Late to the party and I didn't watch but sounds like MSU turned on the jets when needed.

I've been critical of Taylor not because I think she's a bad player but I just expected more from her given that she came in the program with a major reputation and plus she redshirted her first year voluntarily since MSU had Morgan and Holmes. When she's been on the floor most games I've watched she plays a little timid, couldn't hit and outside shot, and at times didn't seem to have a grasp of the offense. I am glad she won that game for us and hope it's a sign of things to come.

I do think we have the potential to be deep in the tournament and while some of this inexperience and youth is maddening it is also exciting to see we have a team full of promising players. I would still wish for one more true post player to help out Carter.

Myah has probably the sharpest grasp of both the offensive and defensive game plan, other than Jordan. The freshmen (even Rickea, who is amazing) occasionally misses her spot. Bc Myah is the PG, that will sometimes look like an errant pass or bad decision. Totally agree that she has played timid on offense in the past though, but she is our best on ball defender and it’s not close. I think it’s hard because Jordan is so quiet by nature, that Myah has had to be more vocal in leadership than our only Senior (and our only returning starter), which is probably a little awkward at first.

Agreed she is our best defender and is likely still adjusting to her role and having to be more vocal. I will be honest and say that my expectations were probably too high for her when in reality she's been fine most nights and clearly won that game for us against A&M so I know it's there. I would like to see it more consistently. Of course I can be tough to please sometimes.
