Rumor is YES, Carter is playing. To me, as this is at Kentucky and Howard does more to actually make her team mates better than Chennedy does (arguably it's only a little bit more) and Chennedy is trying to rebound from an ankle issue, I have KY winning. Obviously if Carter is out, I view Kentucky winning by 10.
