I need Baylor to go to their bench for a while. After seeing Didi the other night. Thankfully she's playing. I'd like to see the starters get a rest

Baylor fan. Readily admit the game is ugly. Both offenses [dribble drive and iso] are built to take advantage of athletic superiority. Both teams are very athletic and lack an abundance outside shooting. Not a recipe for beauty.

LSU and Texas would be a fun game. Less than 50 combined for both teams.

Sorry to all the Schaefer fans, but Texas looks like a very poorly coached team.

I think that can be a true statement without it meaning that Schaefer is a poor coach. His situation at Texas is very similar to what NMP has been dealing with at MS State. While he did take over a team with 3 former McDonald's All-Americans, their depth and experience is somewhat limited and he has had limited time to work with his team. He will be a good coach for Texas, but maybe not as good as they hope. If he hadn't hit the jackpot with McCowan, I'm not so sure that MSU would have ever reached the Elite 8.

Outside the 2nd quarter, Baylor has been pretty bad offensively. I will say their D and rebounding has been outstanding.

Looks like some of their players are tired and hit a wall, go to the bench....

Somehow. I wouldn't bet against us lol. Then again. We'd find a way to go scoreless for 8 minutes.
LSU will beat a team they aren't suppose to but then lose to a couple teams right after we have no business losing to.

I like Vic but he has no clue what to do with that team right now.

This game is not pretty and pretty much as ugly as UCONN SC game, except Texas isn't near the quality of the other teams.

This might be the best I have seen Egbo this year. She still has to cut down turnovers but defense and rebounding was significantly better today than any other game I have seen from her this season.

I knew Vic was gonna get smoked by Mulkey. and I've predicted initially that he's gonna have overall a losing record against her in the future.

Still, at least Texas is above .600 in conference, unlike us.

Collier fouls out with a triple-single (2 points, 5 boards, 1 block).

Playing Baylor would have been a great test for UConn. So Physical

Wouldn’t be able to rely on 30 pts from Bueckers. Richards would clamp her down.
On her own, it would be tough but if they screened, moved and played coherently, Paige would have her share, I actually saw Richards beaten 1-1 in the TX game. It can be done.
