not sure there’s a huge hockey interest in the black community, but absolutely should be able to find 20 kids
And would be good for the sport to get something beyond its 27th Minnesota team

Depending on the sport its quite common to see white players on modern HBCU rosters. For the most part that has been in sports like baseball and soccer, but it would be particularly true in hockey.

Nashville is making a very strong push to be culturally progressive. I mean, the Preds put their weight behind TSU instead of Vanderbilt.
