Temple up 7 - 0. UMd offense doing nothing, Temple RB Pearce (sp?) is pretty good.
 
Blowouts vs. Villanova/Akron and a close game vs. PennState. Maybe Burton was right. :rolleyes:
 
Maryland laying 9 today seemed crazy. Probably not crazier Syracuse being favored, but way too many.
 
Temple about to score again. Now if BCU loses to UMass today, that would totally make my day.

Golden definitely left the cupboard pretty full with talent, but Adazzio has done a pretty good job with them, that is for sure (and I was not a fan of his when we were looking for a coach).
 
I think we're seeing why FSU is so adamant about adding a good FB school with the next move. ACC football sucks right now. FSU is grossly ove rated, as usual. VT is good, but doesn't play anybody OOC this year, and Clemson will beat Auburn, then lose to Furman.
 
I got a feeling Randy's credits after beating Miami are quickly expiring today. At least he kept the WVU game close.

I shouldn't be reveling in his failure...but I am. At least they looked COMPETITIVE when he was here against Temple (2001 doesn't count). Now he has a really good offense and they're inept. Losing O'Brien is an issue.
 
Go back to old threads, there were only a few of us who felt Addazio would be a great addition. Local guy (Head coach at Cheshire High), fantastic recruiter, especially in the state (he has gotten alot of great CT kids at all his stops (Syracuse, Notre Dame, Florida). I truly feel he was the scapegoat for UF's troubles last year. I think if the UCONN job opened up at the same time Temple's did, he would be our head coach.

Maryland will be fine. Edsall is a solid coach and he will have success there.
 
28-0, "we did not execute". Randy will have to make adjustments at the half, he's usually pretty good with that but I don't see them coming back from this hole.
 
Addazio's playcalling has scored more TD's in one-plus quarters today than he could produce with playcalling at Florida all of last year. It's strange.
