Personally I take the corn flakes and mix them with the butter and then put it on top of the mixture. I also use mozzarella instead of cheddar. Great stuff!

I was thinking Panko instead of the cornflakes.

Yes and the ambulance first responders having removed my oxygen mask screaming for the driver and assistant to roll down the windows.
