Update from the penultimate stage - Tejay has a shot to move up to 4th overall in the time trial, right now he's making up time on Van Den Broeck. For the non-cycletards, here's a good article on the American phenom. For a young guy in his second TdF to be a few minutes away from the podium is outstanding. And since he's a younger guy he's been growing up in a much cleaner period for cycling. He should be a top favorite for the TdF, if not next year, in a few years.
