Let's see....a chance to get off the campus on a free road trip to a nearby casino/arena (and get away from the pressures of studying/homework/playing ball) for a couple of hours and watch a professional women's basketball game in a league they all want to play in one day, not to mention chance to bond with other teammates, and maybe rub elbows with a celebrity or two. Thomas was the President of the N.Y. liberty, Swin Cash's last WNBA team. It's all about business and nothing to do with character. He tried to buy the Liberty but was rejected by the league because of his history of the harassment and paternity cases , that were settled in and outside of court. I was pretty surprised to see that any WNBA team would give him VIP treatment to the point that he would be allowed on the court.
