As a parent, it was always interesting watching some kids get their gear out of the car versus watching others moms and dads do it. Kids who travel for sports, scouts, etc. sling a bag over their shoulder and are ready to go. Other kids look absolutely lost. But that’s really the point of the trip, to stretch kids a little bit.
