Sabrina Ionescu who was selected as an alternate when Katie Lou Samuelson had her ankle injury will take Te'a place. Many of the experts were surprised when Ionescu wasn't originally selected, along with Crystal Dangerfield. Sabrina is a potential UConn recruit.

Ionescu made it last year (U16), so yea it was a little surprising she wasn't selected in the original 12. But I guess being #13 isn't too bad either.
