Tailgate Menu for the opener...

I want to do kabobs (lamb, beef) with cole slaw, potato salad, (after all, it is Labor Day weekend, the last major picnic weekend of the year), beers from Brooklyn Brewery, maybe some chili. Corn on the cob. I haven't figured out a dessert yet (probably buy something from either Costco or B.J.'s bakery depts.)

I got class till 5 so after that jumping in the car grabbing a 6 pack and subway sandwich and meeting some friends for a short tailgate party.

Our usual weeknight tailgate (aka "ghetto tailgate") typically consists of all sorts of prepared foods from Stew Leonards. Tasty, no fuss, get right to tailgating. I am looking forward to a solid "traditional" noon game tailgate!!
