Tailgate Menu for Friday's game

Any suggestions? A quick internet check says that guinea pig is an Ecudorian delicacy - pass. A guy at work suggested shrimp ceviche, which sounds pretty good and doable. Maybe some fried plantains as well. Still need a main dish, perhaps some type of kebobs.
