Tailgate menu for East Carolina game...

Didn't have a chance to properly smoke some pork butts, so had to make do with 9 hours in the oven last night. Won't be smokey but still will be tasty. Even made some vinegar sauce for @Jimmy Serrano (though I'll be cutting it with some Sweet Baby Rays ) Resting them/keeping warm till I get home from work early this afternoon... Trying not to have it for breakfast right now!

The kitchen smells tremendous after the crock pot going all night. My dogs are going crazy with the aroma. Some late additions to the menu. One couple in my crew is bringing homemade chili (they used habeneros & hot portugal peppers that I gave them a couple of weeks ago when I stripped my garden). And I'm making cole slaw.

Just wanted to report on the baby. He was born at 3:15am on Halloween morning, so I got to see parts of the ECU game through my wife's contractions... lol. He had on his Huskies cap as soon as he was born. He and her are doing great! Thanks for the well wishes guys!

And so far in his life the dogs are 2-0... not bad!
