Tell me about this cauliflower cole slaw.

30 deep - didn't get creative with a Florida theme for this week's menu but we got:

Breakfast Sandwiches
Hot Italian Sausages
Kielbasas
Dogs
Corn on the Cobb
Assorted Dips
Enough drinks to keep Husky/Giants fans alive (for now)

Nice Coach! One of my favorite Boneyard features of football season.

Seafood theme...beer battered fish sandwiches (with fresh fish caught by yours truly in LI Sound), beer battered chicken sandwiches for the landlubbers, and onion rings. And of course, chips/apps and cold beer. Let's deep-fry FIU!

My first tailgate menu in almost 5 years!
With the hens outnumbering the roosters 3 to 1 we're having quiche to go along with bacon, egg and cheese bagels.
The finest meats and cheeses with homemade pickled items, pickles, onions, peppers, etc.
Fresh sausage patties with the Warden's sauce and cheese, and Mucke's chili dogs.

Thinking of doing a local brewery Octoberfest tasting.

Leaving Southington at 10:30. Will meet up with my crew at the Mobil on Silver lane at 11. In Blue Lot at our customary spot by 11:10 (Hopefully).

Cauliflower doesn't belong in cole slaw. Or pizza crust. Or pretty much anything.
Actually my wife steams it, then batters and deep-fries it. Pretty good.
