Syracuse Posts Athletic Compliance Policy on May 23rd

Thought it interesting that Cuse has recently published its athletics compliance policy online. There is definitely some reform going on in upstate New York. More signs of a dangling piano over the dome? Or evidence of their efforts which will ultimately let them wriggle off the hook.
