Anyone in the top 25 or RV category has a legit shot at the sweet 16 IMO. It's all about the draw and who is hot at the right time.

Technically. But being a top 16 seed and hosting is a major factor.

For all the years at Rutgers we always said that once you make the Sweet 16 it becomes a crap-shoot.

BYU looks destined to be a 5 or 6 seed, maybe 7 at worst. Their second-round game will be winnable ... but it will likely be a true road game on the higher seed's home court.
