Back in the Dark Ages when I played, you sat on the first row of the stands, which was made of wood and had no back. Sitting on folding chairs with a cushioned seat and back would have been luxurious…:cool:

My guess is that they don't want the players blocking the view of the fans.

It must be blow out time - Paige is fighting to stay engaged, Azzi and ICE are starting to lose interest, Carolyn D is flat out bored, and Amari is scrunching down to avoid being seen for fear Chris D will put her in

Back in my day, we didn't have all them fancy acrylic backboards with steel rims and nets. We had peach baskets, mounted on a pole, as God and Dr. Naismith intended!
