Sagarin has the teams as even (Rutgers # 23 - Tennessee #24) but the home court advantage gives Rutgers a 4 point edge.
Who am I to argue with Sagarin ? Rutgers by 4.

In the run and gun game with UNC the Rutgers gunners lost their legs and their shots in the late going. I'll put aside my dislike of CViv and root for RU on this one. Tons of pressure on Tenn for this game. I'll be looking for whether Holly can manage the game and make sound subbing decisions. Tenn faithful see a short rotation and I suspect they are right. RU by 8.

Totally agree. There is a lot of pressure on Tennessee in this game. A loss would leave them with 3 on the season with a very difficult schedule ahead. Can you say a #3 or #4 seed ? Distinct possibility.

I actually hope that Tennessee loses this one against Rutgers. Every time Tennessee loses, my AD has to sing the UConn Huskies fight song at our staff meetings. Of course if UConn takes a loss, I have to sing "Rocky Top".

Game time!! 2-2. Lady Vols starting off with a solid and aggressive man to man defense.

Copper is a fantastic athlete. If Rutgers gets its transition game going this will be a long day for Tennessee.

Seriously....what kind of offense does Tennessee run? I can't figure it out for the life of me.

Awfully ugy. 12-8 halfway through first half. And that high powered offense of both teams has a similar defensive skill set. Bluntly, not much basketball.

Is it me or does Tennessee look completely lost on offense??

It just seems like whoever has the ball near the end of the shot clock takes one or two dribbles and then throws up a shot. No idea who they want to shoot the ball, or in what spots on the floor.

There's a lot of standing and pointing. And then bad shots.

Yes that and twice I saw two players run to the same spot and Massengale was pointing and waving as if to stay "not there". I noticed when Massengale was on the floor with Middleton and Nared.

I don't know how much more of this I can watch. It's just such bad basketball.

Neither team could throw a beach ball into the ocean. If you like playground basketball this is the game to watch. Run and gun at its best!

While I think South Carolina is a bit overrated (NOT getting into the #1 ranking debate, just saying I don't think they look that great) they should beat this Tennessee team by 20.

Good description.
