1.  I have seen the returning players with my own eyes- they are physically much further advanced than a year ago.  Advanced in their body composition, added weight and muscle.  They actually look like a football team.

3.  There is a better attitude around the team.  You can feel the vibe from the new coaches to the players.  It hasn't carried over to the fans- but a few wins will help that.

I ask anyone who is a fan to reach out and take a tour of the facilites and talk to some players when and if the opportunity arises.  Talk to the coaches too.  It will help you gain perspective.
