Summer session starts on June 2

Whoa! Sarah looks like she’s already in better shape than she was last year! If she maintains that trajectory right through the summer she’s gonna be a monster come November! Hard to imagine that we could see a substantially better Sarah Strong next season! I’m soooo grateful for Caroline’s remarkable progress. Now let’s hope she’s on the court for tipoff in the first game of the season. Finally, a message for our opponents next season. Be afraid, be very afraid! ;)

Moren from Indiana is the same genius that was pressing man to man with some starters in the 4th qtr of games when leading by 60+. Must have thought she was getting them prepped to play the US Olympic team.

I think Sarah was smart to do the 3x3 early and then now be able to do summer session and have a real body break before fall.
 
Is that Allie wearing a facemask in the background, fourth picture? Ugh.

How will we have any idea about how good we can become without having Blanca in practice. In my view, having Serah, Sarah and Blanca on the same team and playing at the same time will almost be unfair in the college context. Almost, WNBA level....

Sarah was on the 3x3 team earlier this summer, I don’t think you’re allowed to do both in the same year.

Players can compete in separate USA BB events as long as the dates of the tournaments don’t conflict which they didn’t this year.
 
On paper we look great for 2025-2026 but on the court these players will take time to jell together. I’m pumping the brakes until we get to November/December as Geno and the staff have a ton of work to do in figuring out roles and rotations with so many great players at their disposal.

Because they’ll be back on campus the end of August.

Yea, you’re right. A lineup with only Sarah, Serah, Azzi, Ash & KK will be lucky to beat Xavier, let alone ND, SC or UCLA……. :rolleyes:

Gee I guess no one will feel sorry for UCONN when we field a confused team, without a full summer of having Blanca. We are doomed, for sure. ;)

I didn't forget to mention Azzi or KK when I made the comment about Serah, Sarah and Blanca being WNBA ready. I simply don't think Azzi and KK are WNBA ready, like the other ladies. That doesn't mean they won't become WNBA players one day, but now they are not WNBA ready. But Serah, Sarah and Blanca could be a WNBA front line now. In the college context, I think Serah, Sarah, Blanca, Azzi and KK form an unbeatable roster and should take Uconn to NO. 13. Obvioudly, this is just my view..........

Wait.... What??!! Azzi not WBNA ready. This is mind boggling to me. And Blanca?? How do you know whether she is or isn't? The bits we've seen in highlights doesn't tell much
