I have read that Tom Moore reads the Boneyard, well Tom I have a couple of suggestions. JC ran "the circle play" with two shooters running off baseline screens to free up for a 3 pointer. Rip in particular was very effective with this. With Karaban and Hawkins I believe we have 2 guys who could benefit from this play and it would get more movement, we can be rather stagnant at times.
On defense, I love the 2-2-1 full court press, it can be used very effectively to control tempo, whether you want to slow it down or speed up the game. You need taller defenders in the front line who can shoot 3's (Karaban and Hawk). Then in the second line you need "interceptors" (AJ and TN or HD) who can intercept passes and go with the ball. Finally you need a big guy to prevent breakaways (AS or DC).
I admit I am a bit over the top but I bleed National Flag blue and white.
