Sue Bird has "minor" procedure on troublesome knee

It has been reported in the Seattle Times Storm opens training camp without injured Sue Bird, who is without a timetable after knee procedure that Sue Bird had to have her knee scoped . Return date not clear for beginning of season. Sounds minor but who knows with so many procedures in her past.

Hope her recovery is quick and she leads the Storm as only Sue can.

This is rather close to the beginning of the season. I wonder if Sue knew there was a potential problem as she sat out this winter or if this is the result of a recent injury. Needless to say, Seattle needs her. Best wishes to Sue! BTW, Seattle hosts the All-Star game.
