Once they got in...
Loved their enthusiasm. Hope the Living on a Prayer singing becomes a tradition.
A little too enthusiastic when uconn was driving that way (I think people should hold up signs that read "Shhhhh" when uconn is on O.) but I can't hold it against them. Thursday night game at an off campus stadium. Great job by them.
Chanting "Lets Go Huskies" on like 3rd and short. Tonight was most likely the first football game most of them have ever been to. Hopefully they come back.Loved their enthusiasm. Hope the Living on a Prayer singing becomes a tradition.

Email Benedict. He'll fix it.Student busses were way behind schedule. Last busses are supposed to leave campus 1 hour 30 min before kickoff. Tonight, last round was probably around 30 min before kickoff. Lots of students lined up to attend.
What's his email? Would also like to change the bus ticket policy. Free is great but an inconvenience for students to have to pick up a ticket 24 hours in advance. I think if you show a valid student ID you should be able to walk up to the bus and get on.Email Benedict. He'll fix it.

I believe their is some kind of BY policy against posting email addresses on the board, but you can find it at this link UConn Athletic Dept. What's his email? Perhaps the "ticket" can be reserved electronically 24 hours prior to the game so the school has the right gauge on demand and the student can show up to the bus, scan his/her ID and get on - their admission to the bus/game is stored electronically and accessed through the student ID. It removes the need to go somewhere physically to get a hard ticket, removes the chance of losing that ticket, and streamlines the process.I believe their is some kind of BY policy against posting email addresses on the board, but you can find it at this link UConn Athletic Dept.
Regarding your idea, I think, minimally it should be a UConn ID and a game ticket. I suspect that the 24 hour requirement is to provide the AD with some notion of the capacity that they will need. It doesn't seem onerous to me, FWIW.
[edit - beat me to it @huskymedic]
Living on a prayer is a Ted's favorite so it would be an easy transition.
The fear I have is that they weren't given much reason to come back. We'll see.The student section was the best it's been since the beginning of the "Coach" Pasqualoni era.
