Thanks for sharing. Heading out, so don't have time to break it down further. But, yes Carlos is a very positive change.
As for Chil, JC always said the assistant's recruiting job is to put the head coach in position to successfully close. I think Chil does that; however perhap coming from the west coast he has underestimated the negative narrative the bad guys have put out there?
