Didn't the incoming class before them do and say the same thing? And probably the class before them. So your point is?

Did you look at the latest class compared to previous classes? Did you look at their offer lists? It looks nothing like the 2015 class, or the 2014, or the 2013. It's loaded with kids that other programs think can play.

Talk talk, the coach talks, the incoming players talk. Then you look up and the record is,,,,,,6-7. Bowl loss(not win) to, not BC, not Cuse, not to a SEC team or even a Big12 team. No it's a loss to Marshall. And then on top of that you have peeps clamoring for UConn's inclusion into the next re-alignment rumors. All I'm asking is for a couple bowl wins and maybe a conference championship run and maybe, just maybe UConn to not be scraping the bottom of the American Conference recruiting class barrel for a change.

It occurs to me that neither BC, nor 'Cuse were bowl eligible. They went a combined 4-17 vs. FBS teams and one of 'Cuse's wins was vs. BC. I suspect that losing to either one of them in the postseason would have been MORE hurtful.

Regarding your observation of lack of recruits, why don't you track the recruits who have committed to other programs for the 2017-2018 season thus far? It'd be interesting to see where they are currently verballed and where they ultimately fax their LOI next February. There was a flurry of decommits. Some even picked UConn over the program where they originally announced they want to go.

You were constantly trying to blow sunshine up everyone's backside when P/GDL ran the show and now you're criticizing this staff after making a bowl game (in year 2 no less) but not having a 2017 recruit doing the first week of March 2016.
