That's quite the jump. I hope no one gets hurt making that type of leap. It appears you are missing the point, but I really don't have time, nor the inclination to explain it any further. You will not change my opinion, nor will I change yours. And I'm not the one looking to blame someone for another's shortfalls or to justify negative results occurring 3 years ago.

I do think you need to grow thicker skin vis a vie third party criticism. You seem to be taking this very personally.

It was a leap! I wanted to see if you would respond after your declaration of no more responses!

I have grown a thick skin over this issue! A response doesn't necessarily demonstrate temperament. When it comes down to it who cares what any of us really thinks. Or if people care, does it really matter? You are correct, we each have our own opinions and are unlikely to change in this matter.

Maybe JD is self destructive, or maybe he has limitations in his abilities that were exposed with the make up of that team. Or maybe it is a combination of both. None of us really knows. All we do is express opinions. My contention with you was over the statement perception is reality! It isn't. It's subjective even when confirmed by others. I love opinions. I'm not a fan of sacrosanct opinions.
