But I've heard a lot of it is going to the Health Center, which doesn't/won't mean much for the vast majority of undergrads. Heard they're putting up a new dorm by Farmer Brown's

None of the $2b referenced above is going to the medical school. Last year the legislature voted an $800m improvement and expansion of medical/dental school. This funding is to improve undergraduate stem programs, primarily.
