Sigh... State ethics board votes to appeal court ruling in UConn football coach Edsall's case

>>The state ethics commission decided Thursday to appeal a superior court judge’s ruling that UConn did not violate state ethics codes when it hired Corey Edsall to be the tight ends coach on his father’s football staff.<<

>>The ethics board will file its appeal with the state appellate court by Nov. 21.<<

All together now...

Well, when you have the CT taxpayer ready to involuntarily pony up to pay any ridiculous legal bill - why not? There appears to be no consequence for failure and incompetence in state service. Of course, some do good jobs and work hard but the over-all culture is so broken and costly to the taxpayers.

‘FraId this has become strictly an ego thing with these wacko’s!!
Sure, but utilizing more CT tax-revenues to further document how wrong the wackos are is apparently an immensely high priority.

If someone is willing to do the investigative leg work to figure out how these clowns are appointed, please do so and the rest of us will work to get these yahoos out of their positions.

Then we'll see how eager these idiots are to wasting any more of our time and money...

Complete waste of time and money. UConn should counter-sue these dopes for being so stubborn and unwilling to admit that they are completely in the wrong here.
The problem with counter-suing is that since UConn is a state university, more state money would be lost in either way. It's a lose-lose. The state should just cut their losses and accept that they lost. Time to move on.

Oh I know...was just being tongue-in-cheek. I just want to see chaos and treat this joke as the joke that it is.

How are these people still in power. They all should have been replaced by anybody. Simply a waste of money
