You are joking right? Moore's TD last night he threw up for grabs and got lucky that Kash made the catch and run.

+1 - he is lucky it wasn't an int

You forgot to add zero INTs and zero lost fumbles. But if misery is your drink of choice then I guess positive stats like the above or being responsible for 42% of the offensive touchdowns this year aren't enough to get you excited about one of the three available.

none of the 3 choices 'excite me'

i think j mac can make a few good passes and a few horrible ones.
i think mccummings is the first running QB that UConn has had in a while so fans are excited about that (even tho his running hasn't been very good by any stretch)
i think Nebrich is absolutely petrified back there and the speed is too much for him

so if you want to start mccummings i'm not going to argue with you, but you're not going to convince me that he's 'proven' any more or less than any of the other two... that all have far more negatives than they do positives.

I'll support whoever is behind center, but if Johnny Mac never sees the field again, I wont be disappointed. I'd be happy if McCummings got a shot.

McCummings gives us the threat to run

almost all of McCummings runs have been planned runs and he's averaged 2.5 ypc. why does everyone seem so excited about his running ability??? i haven't seen 1 game breaking type run from him yet. his speed is average at best and he hasn't shown the ability to make even the most basic passes in his admittedly small 4 attempt sample.

A touchdown is a touchdown, but giving a lot of credit to McCummings for a play that Moore made doesn't make a ton of sense. If you throw up enough prayers some get answered, it's not exactly a recipe for success moving forward.

He threw a ball that should have been picked. Kash Moore made a great play. More tomorrow when I write 241
