I was looking for something else and saw this article. Did we already know this? I don't remember seeing it. I remember there was talk of depression and we really didn't want to speculate on the cause of death. Opioid addiction is a terrible thing. It's pretty widespread.

Former UConn standout Stanley Robinson died from an accidental opioid overdose, the Jefferson County Coroner told A Dime Back. The cause of death is officially listed as “fentanyl toxicity.”

For real though. No one is immune to it and addiction isn't a result of some character flaw. We all know that Stanley was a good dude to his core.

If you're on the yard and need help finding counseling or rehab resources feel free to DM me.

Thanks for that. I was wondering if we would ever find out what happened. So sad.

Fentanyl and it's analogues are so, so dangerous without and even with medical oversight/direction. A tragic loss and unfortunately way too common. RIP Sticks.
