No you're missing the point. UConn has 15-20 other games against quality conpetition that comprise their resume.
Stanford does not. Each game carries more weight.

And ASU won't even make the tournament.

you guys are missing the pt, a win is a win. The comm. is not going to ding us for an ugly win vs. ASU, which was the original pt by another poster.

Thanks, I forgot they played this year. A typical low scoring game, which RU won, but they are not head and shoulders above ASU. I don't care what the RPI says.

To some, stats don't matter at all. It's all about "feelings."

Stan better hope that's not the case because they have so few quality wins. The best thing on their resume is the dismantling of Tenn. But if a "win is a win", I guess they're no better than the 7 other teams that beat the Vols.

yep. I go by eyeball test, watching teams play vs. watching a computer score.

none of this matters, even with the stupid conf. tournament. We will be a 1 or 2 seed in the West. I'm fine with either one.

again, putting ASU and Rutgers on the same floor, there is not that much difference between the style and skill of play. I've seen enough of both teams to know that.
